TES offers world–class O & M services to ensure optimum performance of Combined Cycle Power Plants, Thermal Pplants, Fertilizers, Refineries, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industries. Our approach is to focus on the fundamentals as we seek to operate generation facilities as they were designed and intended to be operated. We provide the technical expertise, capability to help reduce your plant’s life cycle cost and keep it running reliably at peak efficiency. Our team is professionally trained and highly experienced, who work with the customer to develop the ideal strategy for their particular site. We adopt and implement highly effective operational procedures emphasizing safety, environmental compliance, operations, maintenance, chemistry, training and administration. We tailor these programs to your plant, using the local language and align them to your processes. Our personnel, using these programs, consistently deliver outstanding O & M performance straight to your bottom line. TES is pioneer in maintenance services which includes providing supervision and craft personnel to conduct preventive plant maintenance activities and meeting peak staffing requirements for scheduled plant outages. We support the plant owners during normal operating periods, scheduled outages, unscheduled outages emergency repair and longer–term capital modifications / up–gradation of plant equipment.
Relocation
TES are specialized in relocating desalination plant, bulk oil storage tanks, power generation equipment like steam turbine, boiler, gas turbine and associated equipment like fuel conditioning plant, gas reducing station, off base water coolers, forced & induced draft fans, transformers, excitation panel, control cabin, remote control desks etc. TES has over 20 approved method procedures for dismantling including turbines, boilers, distillers and bulk oil storage tanks. We have in-depth knowledge of evaluating and executing the relocation of complete plant as well as a portion from live plant. Dismantling of partial plant equipment from the live plant is very specialized task. It requires lot of precautions and safety norms to be fulfilled. The following are the set of scope offered by us: Economical viability study Identification of battery limits (fuel, water and electric power) Decommissioning and isolation Environmental Impact Assessment Decontamination / N2 Purging / Deluding Preparation of as at site drawings Component codification Dismantling Packing (depending on land, air or Sea transportation) Transportation Reinstallation Relocation project will open a new horizon for the power plant construction market. Relocation of the power generation equipment is significant in saving huge money and materials through recycled use of the generation facilities. Beyond the commercial benefits, technically the plant generation capacity could be improved by incorporating the latest technology.

Long Term Service Agreements
Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) have become more common and more popular in recent years, particularly among power generators in an increasingly deregulated and competitive marketplace. Availability and efficiency are the twin goals that are seen to ensure profitability and LTSAs are often looked upon as the means to that end.
Reasons to Consider LTSAs:
- The customer knows in advance how much maintenance will cost, eliminating uncertainty
- The cost of maintenance can be linked exclusively to the annual production level
- The customer’s personnel are kept constantly informed of new technologies introduced into the plant and trained about the equipment and its operation and maintenance
- Improved performance
- Reduction in operating expenses
- Reduced project execution times where EPC services are part of the LTSA
- Preferential access to supplies of high technology parts
- Minimized downtime–Impact of forced outages and system deratings decreased
- Maximized revenue–Minimize lost revenue by maintaining high system availability
- Maximized commercial availability–Generation during peak production periods
- Risk reduction–Meet or exceed financial expectations by insuring against unplanned and long–term outages
- Lower costs–Reduce inventory–carrying costs
